Hey what is up Hiro looked kinda hot when he was learning swordfighting. Of course he is always cute, but during that scene he looked... better than cute. :D He has the most adorable little face ever and i love him. MASI OKA YOU ARE SO PRECIOUS.
The Mohinder/HRG standoff was pretty SWEET. As was HRG shooting Eric Roberts in the head. (plus badass cheesy quip!) HRG PLEASE DON'T EVER DIE. ALSO i found Mohinder waaaay hot again this week. He was annoying me too much to find him pretty for most of the season, but i think i've gotten over it now. AND i think Sylar ramped up the evil into Ultimate Hotness mode, because JEEZ. He was eating a tiny cup of ice cream! THAT GUY. I think Peter's even hotter lately because his hair is longer, so he can tuck it behind his ears and it is not so lame. Nathan speechifying after his win and smiling prettily: PRETTY. Parkman being Weiss: AWESOME. Okay for real basically this whole show is a bunch of attractive dudes.
I like Peter and Claire hanging out! They're finally together on a regular basis! That's neat! Shippy feelings... being... suppressed... trying... so hard...
Linderman's death was the grossest death in the history of deaths. Or... maybe not quite that much, but it was GROSS.
BTW, this show does black&white AWESOMELY. I know this was only like the second episode they've used it in, but still. It's so high contrast and vintage-looking in a really pretty photographic way; usually tv shows don't work it that well. GOOD JOB HEROES, YOU'RE PRETTY.

Can't... see... crying... too much...
So forgive me for doubting that there would be enough resolution, because that was basically just a big giant goodbye if i ever saw one. It, like, wasn't the best episode ever but it was perfect at the same time? I basically cried THE WHOLE TIME. Especially when Lorelai was watching Rory sleep, but the MOST at that final shot when they were in the diner because as soon as it got there it was OMG THE FINAL SHOT OF THE PILOT and i cried huge fat blubbery tears. Like a baby. A hungry, angry baby.
LUUUUUKE AND LORELAAAAI HI YOU GUYS I AM SO GLAD YOU ENDED UP TOGETHER AND GOT TO KISS AGAIN HI HI HI HI HI. I mean... i don't think i can find a better phrasing than how i am SO GLAD that the whole thing ended with Luke, Lorelai, and Rory together. Just like it's always been except now they're at the beginning of a whole new era.
ALSO, THE NECKLACE. I... just... ugh. Those two still do loopy things to me, even after all this time. Angry diner guy secretly in love with crazy coffee lady! Just the fundamental basis of their relationship gets me. Sometimes i reeeeally looooooove normal people ships that aren't apocalyptic death and destruction every episode. SOMETIMES!
Luke at the town meeting made me haaaappy, but then, yelling at Taylor always makes me happy. LOL I HATE TAYLOR. Probably the only thing about this show that i won't miss, not even a little bit! But everyone's reactions to his speech at the party were hilarious.
Other adorable things of note: Rory getting to meet Christiane Amanpour! AWWW; the continuation of Friday night dinners; Richard telling Lorelai he's proud of her; LANE MENTIONING DAVE RYGALSKI; the whole town being sneaky; Zack being a little Luke-idolizing dude; Babette cracking me up EVERY TIME; Sookie being all-knowing when it comes to Luke and Lorelai; Luke being Luke forever and always and I LOVE HIM. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
I can't believe it's over forever. How? How has that much time passed?? I HATE when things end forever, and yet it always has to happen sooner or later. That BLOWS. I liked that the whole episode Lorelai and Rory were both going "it's too soon! it's TOO SOON!" because that's exactly how i've been feeling about the show ending. Even though it's had a good run, it still feels too sudden. SIGH. I really need to rewatch the end of s4. For... some reason. :D (I REALLY REALLY LOVE LUKE AND LORELAI LIKE SERIOUSLY A LOT AND I AM GOING TO MISS THEM SO FREAKING MUCH.)
I'm gonna go pour a forty on the curb for the girliest show i have ever loved. GOODBYE, GILMORES. :(
