Devastating
WARNING: If you get grossed out easily don't read this, it also pertains to kittens so if that upsets you it's pretty violent.
So this morning (a few days old when posted, happened Friday) my mom comes and takes my keys b/c she killed a kitten, I figured she ran over it, but it's in her hood. So I go back to sleep get up an hour later and decide to try and get it out b/c we need both cars today for all the airport pick ups and running for party supplies. Well I open the hood not knowing what I'll find or see...well, I see nothing I don't see blood, I don't see furr, I don't see a cat, nothing. So I'm like is it in something. Well I'm still looking, and then I see an eyeball, this was strangely less gross as the last, so then I look for in that area, and I find some furr, so I look around the furr and there is the kitten caught between a belt and something else. It's sooo heartbreaking and I try to get him out, he's dead I know, but it's still heartbreaking. Well, at this point he's too stiff to get out, but he's still kinda limp to the touch. I have gloves on so don't worry! The mother cat is stressed out and I took her somewhere so she couldn't see, but the other kittens are out in the yard playing not aware of what's going on. Well since it's stuck and I've spent a lot of time w/ the cat, I can't do anything to hurtful to get him out, even though he won't feel it, it's like a respect thing.
I don't know which was more traumatizing this or watching the one of my pets (cat) eat another (bird).
