It would be accurate to say that Mr. Dailey appears ever productive and has been seen dropping in at off hours and many employees have indicated that they are eager to comment on his work. Mr. Dailey makes decisions with minimal direction. I find that his work sets Mr. Dailey apart from his peers. Mr. Dailey has a wide variety of interests and pursuits. Mr. Dailey has left his mark on the division. For completeness I should mention that a reevaluation of his salary is long overdue. It is important to note that his performance defies measurement.
