Personal Finance Software....

Hey you guys....

What do you use for personal finance software?

My basic Pie in the Sky dream:

*) I want to own the data, software must run on my machine. Yodlee, mint, wesabe are nice, but at the end of the day, I don't want to give my data to anyone.
*) html viewing of current accounts: Keri and I both want to look at the data, and it's best if it's in a browser.
*) some reasonable way for me to get data into the system (I can write the scraper, in fact I did the last time I tried to use software)

Additional features that would be nice

*) some sort of forecasting. My primary interest is in making sure I don't make an overdraft because I'm dumb. My debits from the checking account are either very small (cash withdrawls), or known in advance (rent, credit card payment, other checks), but I have ocassionally forgeten about a check, and lost money to fees* as a result.
*) categorization of transactions... I want to split out Eating at restaurants vs groceries vs pinball vs gas, etc. I'm pretty sure I'll have to provide the categorization, but saved filters would be nice. Many of my purchases are from the same merchants.
*) would be nice if the previous features were web based too.

I really don't want to write my own shitty software for this, but the last piece of software I tried, jGnash failed pretty badly.
