ha, yes. I recall reading a biography of Richard Feynman the physicist. He had his "bag of tricks" in mathematics...he would lecture fellow mathemeticians and physicists (oppenheimer et al.) at Los Alamos for their amusement he would start on some very fundamental mathematical concepts then work his way into very complex things based on these little tricks he had...and these wizzened pros were blown away with the things he would come up with.
Its never the components, its the combinations..and the syncopations rythms, and bizzare juxtapositions. its interesting and wonderful. Of course when i listen to people speaking chinese its confusing and a marvel how anyone can underestand it, but I understand even little kids over there can..little genius bastards...
Hey you may not be able to hit the moon with this stuff, but you can certainly send people there with it . And yes that deserves a pedestal or two.
