good times
what's with today, today?
i dunno.
Anyway, I ventured into the new apartment today and measured the bedrooms with my floppy sewing tape measure. Highly accurate, I'm sure. Met the weird renovation guy who insisted that my bedroom be repainted because it was kinda splotchy.
Did not go to IKEA today. Surprising, but true.
I did call in sick to work tonight (for my measly 4 hour shift). Well, actually I didn't call in 'sick,' I had a 'personal situation.' Which was technically true.
I saw Shakespeare in the Park this evening. They performed Measure for Measure, which is one of the few WS plays I had never read, nor knew anything about. It was...interesting. The actor who played the main character, the Duke of Vienna, was most definitely inspired by the Kenneth Branagh Method of Shakespearean Acting. Amusing.
Then it was margarita time. It was good, but too red.
And that's all I have to say about that.
