So, Corliss is married, now. I know it's been a known fact that it was going to happen for awhile now and the reason why (or what I think was the reason why), but now that it's actually here... it's weird, not going to lie. I hope it all works out for her and Hooper and Geoffrey.
I actually managed to scrape an A in Potions, to which I give a HUGE sigh of relief. I got Es and Os in everything else, so overall, I am VERY HAPPY with my NEWT results. Very happy.
Provided it all works out, I'm going to be starting work at the Ministry soon. Transportation, naturally. To start, anyway. If I get accepted, I'll see where it goes.
Well, NEWT results are in, and I think everyone's happy they don't have to wait anymore. Though maybe not as happy with what they received. I am. Now all I have left to wait for is word from the Ministry, to see if I was successful in getting in. I guess the big wait now is to see who next year's Head Boy and Girl. Best of luck to those that wind up with it, and to the rest of the prefects, as well.
Corliss got married yesterday, which was... well, it was very weird to see certainly something. Congratulations.
I'm going to try to follow the World Cup, but I don't know how long I'll be able to last! I don't even really know who to cheer for, even. I'm English, obviously, but a load of my family isn't, and my cousin plays for Scottish National. It's a bit weird.
Tomorrow is Monday, and soon I won't be able to sleep in and basically not do anything on a Monday, I think that is exactly what I'll do tomorrow.
