-Naoya here is from the same universe as the female!bel currently being played at queen of hearts and the SMT dressing room. He plays roughly to canon, being the same manipulative, snarky, bastard he has always been. And, of course, he still plans to seat his little cousin, Tsukasa in this case, upon the throne of Bel and then use that power to declare war on the heavens.
-The difference here lies more with Tsukasa herself, in that she has admiration for her cousin that eventually blossomed, in her teen years, into a one sided crush. Being the intelligent man he is, Naoya picked up on Tsukasa's silly crush and uses it to guide her along the path he desires her to follow. Naoya does this largely by making vague comments about the pairs relationship that tug directly at Tsukasa's heart strings, allowing Naoya to control her like a puppet. This is not to say Tsukasa is completely unquestioning of her big cousin, as when the time comes to finally end the Lockdown she ends up following Gin's plan because she reasoned she could be with Naoya without essentially triggering the end of the World.
-Following Gin and Haru's plan, the demons are sent home and the world returned to normal. How having the rest of her life ahead of her Tsukasa, more then a bit foolishly, decides she would like to spend it with Naoya and asks him to on a simple date. Naturally, Naoya is more then a bit angry his plan failed and the fact that the lies he told his sister/cousin were coming back to bite him in the rear. But rather then do the right thing and let Tsukasa know the truth, he instead goes along with her request, an action that causes more then a bit of trouble for the both of them.

She is also set on marrying her older cousin when she graduates from college in several years. Naoya, on the other hand, is attempting to use their relationship to again rebel against god himself...
