When posting fanfic, do we have to post it in the community, or can we post a link to it off-site or does it matter?
It doesn't matter, as long as whatever link you post is accessible to everyone and it's semi-permanent. So links to other LJ entries, as long as they aren't friends-locked, are okay, along with fanfiction websites.
How strict is the interpretation of E/B for posting fanfiction to the community?
As long as the story supports E/B, then it's good enough, but I would prefer that the E/B relationship be the main point of the story, even if they aren't in the story. For instance, I'd rather not see a Jasper/Alice story where Alice just thinks of E/B in passing.
Is community promotion allowed here?
Sure, as long as it's Twilight-related and preferably has something to do with Edward or Bella.
