I think there is some confusion somewhere (though not on this comm) concerning
this article over on Oricon. The article's word choice plus a simple translation of the title and the internet may have created some misconceptions.
As far as I am aware, TOKIO is not taking a break.
The article translates roughly as follows: (
TOKIO arriving at a time of fulfillment, get their first break in 12 years!? )

To me, these kinds of mainstream mags just don't have their finger on the true wave of the industry, the fans, which is why I usually don't bother with them. I just go with that I like and hell yes, that means TOKIO!

anyway i didn't really worried much. i only treat the article as a "speculation" kinda news. but still glad everything turns out fine. all thanks to luxvesperis for translating the article. ^^

anyway seems like Oricon only sucks up to those artistes with good records!?? but even billboard doesn't only favour popular artistes in my opinion. bad Oricon. >.
