Hi. New member, obviously. Name's Janice. I was browsing around and found this community and thought I'd join.
Actually, I joined with the hope to get back in with God and His plan for my life. I figured that this just might help just a bit, aye? Well, it might or might not, but at least it's a way to meet other Christians. I've recently gotten out of a relationship that I admit wasn't a very good choice. I moved away from home and pretty much everything I've ever loved or new with the hopes that the relationship would go somewhere. It hasn't, so I moved back home and am now trying to get back on my feet.
My relationship with God has been just as rocky as my relationships with men and for that I alone am to blame. And by taking the responsibilty, I'm also trying to strengthen my faith and trust in Christ. And because of my growing trust and faith, I feel that I'm ready (and maybe have been for a long time) to get back into the dating pool, despite my recent break-up. Hopefully this time, I'll end up with a better man than the ones in my past.
