X Marks the Spot
Who: Elizabeth Dehner, Montgomery Scott and a trail of clues.
What: After a long week, Liz surprises Scotty with a little bit of fun.
Where: All over the damn Enterprise
It was an impulsive thing, really. She hadn't been planning it really, but she got to thinking and figured it had been a hard enough week and she had some spare time. She may as well give him a little bit of fun at the end of his shift. So, knowing she could get into all those places, being just a step ahead of him the whole time, Elizabeth left a single red rose that she'd gotten from botany and laid it over a towel with a piece of paper and a note written on it. Then, she vanished and he wouldn't see her until he followed the bread crumb trail.
So, sitting on his coffee table in his quarters, the first clue simply said:
'Because sometimes, even Sunshine needs help in the morning.'
