I called Mom just a bit ago to ask her a quick question. During our conversation, I heard familiar music playing in the background on her side of the line.
Me: "You're watching Revenge of the Sith."
Mom: "Yes. It's on Spike. A New Hope is coming on next."
Me: "Anakin's on Mustafar looking out over the lava lake."
Mom: *pauses and laughs* "Yes...you knew which scene it was just from hearing the music in the background?!"
Me: "Yes, ma'am. I can quote dialog as well. Now Padme is holding her head looking sad."
*My brother in law hears Mom's end of the conversation.*
BiL: "Tell her she needs a life."
Me: "I have a life, thank you very much, but it's a geek's life for me."
ROFL
