Well, our house up here is under contract. :(
My parents also placed an offer on a house in Mobile. One story, VERY small rooms, and a fire place that you start by flipping a switch. Flat yard(like all of Mobile), big backyard where we will put a pool, and it's pretty far west. Any further and you'd be in Mississippi. Pretty new, 4 years old.
The high school I will be attending is crap. It has broken windows, old buildings, and the gym door is held closed with a padlocked chain. It's called Baker High School. And one bad thing about moving back down there is, (and please don't question me about this. I started this LJ to express myself) Mobile is VERY religious. Basically every mile is another church. This will make it harder for me since in the 5 years I have been gone, I have become a pagan. Oh, by the way, I don't want any of you to blame yourself for my becoming pagan. Even though some of you girls are pagan, that wasn't what made me one. When I moved here a lot of things went bad, and I thought if there was a higher being, it wouldn't put me through this hell, so I figured a God must not exist. Not only that, you all know I am very smart and logical, so that let me see that Christians and other religions are basically doing the same thing the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Norse, and other people did. They're all creating something to explain what they can't understand. The only thing modern-day religions do differently is they have compacted all the deitys into one.
So, anyway, I am really going to miss you guys. You've always been there for me, and I will never forget you. My dad says that I "haven't met my BEST friend yet," which: 1) If it is supposed to make me feel better, it doesn't, and 2)Maybe I haven't, but I have met friends who have never let me down, and 3)Maybe I have met my BEST friend. With my looks and social skills, it isn't very likely that I'll make a whole lot more friends.
But I will never forget all of you. You didn't exclude me because of what I wore, but instead, helped me dress better. I know we will always keep in touch.
Your friend,
Tony
