For those of us that believe in the bible, we all know that the words in it are subject to our own interpretations. We also know that every day in our lives, we meet people that we don't agree with or think are wrong...maybe its people of other religions or faiths...or maybe its gay people...or people who commit awful crimes....or maybe people who have or perform abortions. But what if God's final judgement of us and our souls is based on how we use our own interpretation of the bible to justify how we treat people...even those we don't agree with? Will we justify treating them with respect, caring, compassion, and love...or will we justify treating them with spite, hatred, intolerance, or even physical violence? What if? What would God say to you?
