Happy Monday!
I can't believe it..it's going to be 88 today!! Yikes!!
This weekend was unbelievably nice weather and I took full advantage of it!
Saturday, I was the good old back to normal Kathie self...on the go, go go go go! Woke up. Went out with Nichole to do a variety of errands to include, getting her wedding invitations ordered, dropping off home demonstration purchases, getting coffee and visiting the Amish Market(Where I bought a variety of country home decor for my apartment). Then, Tom and I spent a lovely day together just talking then we went to the park and hiked around(Ouch, my tooshie hurts. Yes, Jonathon..I am back out of shape again. No worries, the minute my Dr. says I can get back to working out-my appt is the 30th for my follow up...the minute I'm at the gym!). Then we went for Water Ice..Yum!! We watched a movie following. It was a lovely day.
Sunday, was just as eventful. I went to my mother's to do laundry. Then Tom and i went to the park again, then to Lowe's where I bought planters for my apartment, flower boxes for the windows and a ton of perennials and annuals. Then we went grocery shopping where I spent tooo much money but now I won't have to go for a full month. Then cooked dinner then went outside to plant. Watched high school reunion, took a shower and went to bed. hehehe!!
It was a good weekend. Although, we had to change the date of our wedding to September 10, 2005. The last date falls on labor day weekend and his family celebrates that so it wouldn't have been wise to have the wedding on that date. So, change of plans. =)
