The wonderfully talented cheesygirl made some wicked Wes/Faith icons for me. I came up with the screenshots and text, but she did the rest. This one *point to current default* is the first of four that I will pimp this week. I, myself, took a stab at icon-making again, and though they're nowhere as good as everyone else's, I'll post them later today for the hell of it. :)
The text for each icon are lyrics from my beloved Crossfade CD. If you are a huge Wes/Faith fan, you need to get their album. Seriously, it's like the evolution of Wes/Faith.
karabair, I know you're putting together a Wes/Faith soundtrack. I thought I'd share this with you for consideration...
"Starless" - This is definitely Faith during Buffy S3; she's lost and confused and hurting.
"Cold" - My absolute favorite of all the songs. It's Wesley betraying Faith in "Consequences", Faith torturing Wesley in "Five by Five", her guilt over that in "Sanctuary". Then, you fastforward to Wesley getting Faith out of jail in "Salvage", and the song ends on their goodbye in "Orpheus". *This one was already made into a vid.
"Colors" - Faith protecting Wes during the three episode arc in S4. Faith is saddened by the fact that Wesley has become, in some ways, like the 'old' her and she wants to pull him back from the darkness.
"Death Trend Setta" - Heh. This is a cool, kickass song to workout with - which I do, by the way. Faith is pissed that Wes wants her to be 'bad' again in "Release", but she eventually sees his point and kicks Angelus' ass.
"The Unknown" - Post NFA...Faith mourns Wesley.
I wish I had a vid-making program, because these would make incredible vids.
By the way, I've written a sequel to my Faith/Buffy graveyard snark fic. Wesley comes back to Sunnydale, and the whole gang are in it. I'll also post that later today, as well. Plus the four tags I owe people. My schedule this week is of the suck. I'm working mornings, afternoons, and nights. Bleh.
