Layout redux and an announcement

I'm slowly getting better. I still have sniffles and a bad cough, but I should be back to work on Monday.
I got so bogged down with this stupid flu bug, that I forgot to mention my super fabulous news.
I'M GETTING MARRIED NEXT YEAR!!!
Shawn, my best friend for 8 years, has been a wonderful boyfriend and confidante. We've been through a lot together, and as of Monday night, we're engaged. We sorta proposed to each other. lol! We were eating at a restuarant, and it hit us at the same time. I don't have a ring yet, because he's between jobs. But I should have one by Thanksgiving. I've already told several of my friends and my mom. We were planning on annoucing to everyone at the end of the year. But, we'll see.
We're shooting for a Spring wedding. I've started writing down notes on what kind of dress, cake, flowers, food I want. We're both so excited, it's ridiculous. I knew he'd be The One. I was in denial for years, but something amazing happened around New Year's that made me realize I had a wonderful man in my life. He loves me, he understands me, he "gets" me.
Once I get the ring, I'll upload a pic of it for all of you to see.
