Tonight I took my mom with me to see "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe," which, having read all 7 books, came immeasureably close to matching exactly the image of Narnia I had in my own mind as both a child and as a kid taking a break from college and revisiting a source of extreme happiness...
The movie had no beginning and no end to me, but was just a glimpse into an entire lifetime in a world that is too good to be true...
I asked my mother was she thought of it, and she absolutely loved it (albeit the time that she was scared, and also the point at which she refused to eat anymore out of the bucket of popcorn I bought her)...she also offered as an insight the fact that the movie really explores human relationships and interactions in a completely allegorical manner...I found that pretty cool, as it is probably the deepest conversation I've had since I have been home...
Also, I definitly realized my father was mortal the other day, as are my grandparents, and it has really forced me to think since that point...
I have a new writing to enter, and I will soon...
Let it be known that I detest fog...if, as the passenger of a car you feel that you can step outside its confines and be completely immersed, you are wrong...that fog never seems so severe when you are standing in it...and that is frustrating...
good night.
