Time to get serious about the fighting...
Okay...
I now have the maille the way I want it. I have the hemp canvas aketon. I have most anything I need to pull off as authentic a portrayal as I can. Now, I need to start showing up to practice more regularly.
Problems:
1. Spouse doesn't enjoy SCA, unless it's with my knight's household.
2. Knight's household is in Chicago.
3. We only get to see the knight at TGS 12th Night, Baron Wars at Ft. Meigs, Simple Day and Pennsic.
So...how should I get us more active, without causing problems within the relationship?
Boy, am I living in interesting times!
