As President of the United States, you have the right to issue an executive order, and feel free to, but I would like to know what exactly is going on:

President Obama signed a memorandum today directing more than $20 million for "urgent refugee and migration needs" in Gaza.

SUBJECT: Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration
Needs Related to Gaza
By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the "Act"), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

What is the long-term strategy here? Which Gazans are we taking? Are we trying to de-program Hamas types to help Israel out, or is this some form of altruism? Are we going to screen them, because there may be Hamas in them? Or are we trying to create sanctuary for the moderate Arabs in Gaza, so the IDF can clean up the area? Or are we going to take Hamas operatives and have Joe Biden talk at them until they lose their minds and are no longer a threat? I am curious as an American, and as a soldier I will obey all lawful orders you send me, but as an American I just want to know what's really going on.
Juts please integrate them with Middle Class families (which most Arab-Americans are) so they get productive jobs and don't drain our social services. I would also suggest that the 20 million could go to a lot of working class Americans on the rocks who could use maybe a grand or two to keep their necks afloat, but you are the President and I am just a lowly soldier.
Let us keep an eye on these refugees, that they don't start attacking synagogues in the US. I also wonder what Rahmbo thinks (btw, Barry if you are likely to be re-elected in 2012, dump Joe and make Emanuel your VP)
