For the first time in my life, I made a yeast-based item. Specifically, this is Penzey's oatmeal bread. It's really yummy! The dough was extremely sticky and it rose a LOT, but the bread was most excellent. Now my brother is harassing me to make all sorts of other stuff... It's completely bogus, because he's the one that's been baking bread for years, so I don't know what his deal is. The slacker.
