Field trip, yay! - UPDATED 6/21
So obviously, the field trip kicks off tomorrow. And since not everyone was lucky enough to score Saturday off from work like I did, feel free to start having Field trip related logs and threads post as early as now and as late as Monday/Tuesday or so. We're flexable. Please put the day/time/location in the subject, to make it easier. For example: Saturday, about 8 AM by the busses or Saturday, around 5 PM at Hurricane Harbor. Here's a basic timeline for the day.
8:30 AM - Jean claimed in the journals that they are leaving now.
9:00 AM - They are actually leaving now.
10:00 AM - The busses should arrive at Six Flags.
10:30 AM - Kids are let loose in the park after an orientation speech where Jean goves over the rules again, instils the fear of God where it's needed, and otherwise tries to maintain order. From here on out, everyone has free reign until the parks close.
Safari Busses will be leaving at: 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM
4:00 PM - Wild Safari closes
7:00 PM - Hurricane Harbor closes
10:00 PM - Six Flags closes
10:30 PM - The busses return to the Institute
Anyone who gets separated from the group should contact the staff via X-Kick and wait at the Fountain just inside Great Adventure, by the lockers at Hurricane Harbor, or at the learning station at the Safari where they can be picked up. From 10:30 AM until the end of the night, everyone pretty much has free reign. Assume that the younger kiddies are touring around the various parks in larger groups of 10 each, meanwhile the older kids are in their assigned groups.
Speaking of groups: They are between three and eight kids and all the chaperones will have a list of what they should be. (Though if kids jump from group to group, the staff won't really mind so long as the kids are staying together.) What I'll ask is that everyone please reply to this entry to figure out and/or post your finalized groups for park wandering.
Also, here is a map of the park. Also, we're going to assume that there's a fireworks show at 9:00 PM just to give folks something to do. We're very flexable on timeline, so I'm not going to say 'All amusement park scenes should happen by this date' or anything - the important thing is to have fun with it. :)

PS: Ahahaa, fail. I seem to have picked the weekend when half our players are not here, so! Amusement Park Scenes Will Happen All Week Long! That's right: all week, and even into the next week if you want. It might get confusing, but I have a plan! I'm going to be posting a summary of the field trip once all the scenes are up: I did something similar at another game where I compiled a 'clip show' to highlight a bunch of logs and scenes together.
To help out with that: please tag any field trip scenes/logs/threads in the tmirpg with 'field trip' in addition to any codenames that way we'll have an easier time finding them.
