OK SHE'S HERE. (And this is Nat #2)
Rogue has been at the school for a couple of years, and if people don't know not to touch her, then it's their freaking fault. Other than wearing gloves all the time, she tends to dress much like a normal teenage girl.
Rogue is very much aware of how much her powers suck, seriously, but she refuses to let it get her down that much. She coasts through at school and has all these plans of having Big Adventures once she graduates from high school. She's also a terrible flirt, though obviously NEVER follows through on any of it, and that's pretty much why she does it. She's just fun like that. :D
She's also one of those people who wish the X-Men hadn't been disbanded, because she would have loved to be one of them!
