here, but if you want more I can manually write it out~ Just let me know.
personality: Lottie is the spoiled, excitable, gullible, crazy, and wealthy daughter of a rich family in New Orleans. Ever since she was a child her father spoiled her, giving her gift after gift and giving into her every whim. She got puppies, kittens, books, toys, and every dress she ever wanted. What she saw, she got, all save one thing: her happily every after with a fairy tale prince. Ever since Lottie was young she'd wanted a prince as a husband, to ride off into the sunset and have all her dreams come true. So, every time Eudora - the finest seamstress in New Orleans - came to her house, a young Lottie and Tiana would sit and listen as Eudora told them hundreds of stories about wishing on the evening star and getting their princes. Even as a child Lottie was loud and hyper, she bounced around, yelled out, teased, and even dressed her cat like a frog so she could practice her magical kiss. But even though Tiana and Lottie were from such different backgrounds - one poor and the other rich - and even though Lottie was spoiled for all her life, she and Tia became close friends.
One thing about Miss Charlotte LaBouff is that regardless of her social status, she always takes care of her friends. She's not haughty or anything like that, even if she is rich and spoiled. She and her daddy spread their money around, paying royally for services. Lottie and "Big Daddy" are even loyal patrons of the little hole-in-the-wall diners Tiana works at, just so Lottie can have her friend's food and chat with her. Even ten years later, after she should have outgrown that hyperness she had as a child, she was just as crazy as she'd ever been. Actually, she seemed to be even more so. The first you see of an older Lottie is when she's bursting into Tiana's workplace, literally running and bouncing around in circles and tugging Tiana over. She constantly interrupts her father even after she'd told him to tell the story, all because she couldn't keep her excitement in check. When Lottie LaBouff is having a good, promising day, she lets everyone know. Normally with dramatic entrances, lots of ear-piercing squeals, and nearly non-stop chatter. All in all? Lottie's one unforgettable character.
But not everything about this girl is craziness and babbling. She has a lot of those moments, sure, but at the heart of it all she's devoted and caring. Her friendship with Tiana is perhaps the best example of that. In the beginning, even after her "Prince" had arrived, when Lottie saw Tiana covered in crumbs and jams, she instantly picked her friend up and took her upstairs, yelling for Naveen to wait a while. Once upstairs she made sure that Tiana had what she needed to be beautiful, even calming down enough to tell her so… and to get misty-eyed over the fact that their dreams were finally coming true. In addition to this, later on even after Lottie had heard she was about to get her prince, she gave up on Naveen after seeing the love he and Tiana had for each other, even saying she'd kiss the frog with no strings attached, just to give Tiana her happily ever after. So while Lottie may be spoiled, that doesn't mean she's a rotten person. Quite the opposite really. She has an ego with the boys, but what girl in her situation doesn't? To her friends and the people she likes, she's as loyal and kind as a dog.
The last thing you need to know about Lottie is her tendency to dream. Ever since she was a little kid she's been dreaming and wishing on the evening star, and while she may say she doesn't believe in it… after everything she's been through? Well, voodoo and magic really do exist. So, she'll be wishing on that star for a while, always waiting for her prince to come. After all, even at the end of the movie Lottie seems perfectly content to wait for Naveen's six-year-old brother to mature into a man she can marry. So, she'll keep on wishing on that evening star… and she'll keep a wary eye out for any wandering Princes.
abilities: Lottie doesn't have any "abilities" per say, but she does have a few things that can aid her. The first is her no-nonsense attitude, all brought on by her riches. She's used to dealing with lovesick boys, so she has no issue with waving off the ones that don't hold her attention. She's also used to… well… getting what she wants. So unless someone can steer her in the other direction with a few choice words (as Tiana usually can) she'll keep after what she wants to get until she either finds something else or finally gets it.
The second "weapon" in Lottie's arsenal is… well… her craziness. She freaks a lot of people out, really, with all her energy and such. And… well… she's a flirt. They may not be the most conventional "weapons", but for Lottie? Well… for a lot of people, one dose of normal Lottie is tiring. And a bit of a roller coaster ride.
any plans for your character here? I'd love for Lottie to mature a little, to get a taste of the more serious side of life. I'd also like for her to gain a bit of a social circle, to make more friends. But really, it would be amazing to get her to mature.
possessions: One crystal tiara, one pink princess/wedding dress, one pair of pink high heels, and one large wad of (now useless) money strapped to her thigh with her garter. Oh, and a little silk pouch with some lipstick, mascara, blush, and eyeliner tucked in-between her breasts. One has to be prepared!

sample journal entry:
What in tarnation… [There's a pause, an intake of breath, and then a loud, frequency distorting scream:] TIA! NAVEEEEN! …. BIG DADDY!!!
…… [Silence] Well I'll be… must be the work of the evenin' star but… I didn't wish for this.
Is anyone there? Hello! [A huff, and you can be sure she's sitting there in a puddle of fabric folding her arms over her chest and looking cross] If this is just another trick of the Shadow Man, I'll have The Folks bringin' you in faster'n you can bat one of your creepy little eyelashes!
[Another pause, another breath, and if you were listening before, you can probably tell what's going to happen next…] DADDY GET ME OUTTA HERE! MY DRESS IS STARTIN' TO GET ALL DIRTY!!!!
third-person sample:
With a huff, Lottie flipped open her portable thing of blush, reaching in and grabbing the applicator pad before brushing it over her cheeks, trying to calm herself. Some might cry, some might get angry, others might wring their hands and ask for help, but Lottie? Well, she coped by applying her make-up. One had to look their best, and who knew? Maybe her prince would be wherever the star had taken her. After all, she'd always been wishing for one, right? And since Tiana had fallen in love with the Prince who had shown up this time… maybe it was Lottie's turn now. Her turn to find her happily ever after.
"Oooooh Criminy!" she suddenly cried out, gathering up the cloth she was currently pooled in in order to stand up with a scowl, dropping the fabric once she was on her feet and proceeding to dust it off briskly, determination in every move. Her voice held a hint of annoyance in it by now. "I couldn't even give Tiana her happily ever after! The poor thing… livin' as somethin' she hates so much…" tears were prickling at the back of her eyes, but she was slowly pushing them back, blinking rapidly and taking in a few deep and gasping breaths, trying her best to push the tears back. Crying wouldn't do much now, she thought, not when she didn't know if there would be anyone nearby to offer a poor "damsel in distress" their assistance.
And to make it worse, she still had no idea where she was. Everything was different here, so much different than the paved streets of New Orleans. There were no cars, no jazz music floating through the air, no smell of exhaust, foods, and spices, no performing acts on the corners to get money. Heck! There weren't even any corners to perform on! At the very least there should have been streamers and beads everywhere, even in the bayou. Things always washed up all over the place during Mardi Gras, after all! But Lottie wasn't one to freak out or get down, not until she figured out what was going on. Which was why the girl was gathering up her skirt again, trying to keep the bottom of it from getting dirty (the shoes were a lost cause, unfortunately… and that would be something to cry over later for sure) as she walked forward, shoulders up and hunched over, an annoyed scowl on her face.
Lottie may have been rich, Lottie may have been a girl, but maaaan was Lottie a force of nature when she got angry. And taking her out of her beloved city and dumping her in the middle of literally nowhere was definitely a way to get her mad.
