will you post it somewhere in an archive, once you have finished it?

God only knows when I'll finish it! :)) I've been posting multiple times a week and it has been going along rather well. I don't have a tight story arc for this particular story so I don't know when it will end exactly. At the end of another two weeks I should have another 100 pages comeplete and I can just send you the MS Word file if you send me your email address.

actually, and to be honest, as much as the new job is exciting and cool, I rather sometimes dream of having less work, and more free time for fandom.
I know, this kind of behaviour is rather childish for a 27 year old women now, and its expected of me to behave reasonably like an adult, but dude, working 15 hours per day sometimes sucks :D
that would be so cool, if you could send it to me as an word file!!
thanks, and here my email addy:

You do know that, right? Because I do *grin*
The exact reason now (though I have gazillions of reasons :P) is that I'm doing archivist work, and I was going to hunt down all the hookerino entries, and ta-daa! there they are! wee!
I never quite noticed how much had the fandom grown since it's yahoo group days. There's been over 50 fic posts in the last month and a half, without conting Hookerino, and it has been a slow month. Wo-ah.

Being newly converted to the Batman/Superman pairing, I've been trying to access your stories for three or four days now. But no matter which link I come to them through, I end up at this index page, and every time I try to link of a link to start reading, I get this message:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /71438.html on this server."
Are your fiction posts friends-locked, or is there some other problem? If they're friends-locked, would you be willing to friend me so that I could read them? I'm not sure what the protocol is here, but I'd very much like to read this story.
Thanks for your time,
Nix

I do nowadays keep some of my WIPs f-locked--the ones that are most important to me and that I'm currently working on--which right now consists of most of my Superman/Batman fic. The reason I adopted this policy was because of my personal belief that people who read should comment, even if it's only a few words. I noticed that even with a 200 page story that took me ages to write, most people felt they were entitled to read it and not say one word of thanks or encouragement. I'm one of those people who, when I get a bee in my bonnet, I take steps. The step I took was to lock most of my fic. I'd rather foregoe feedback entirely than to be complicit in a system that I think disadvantages writers.
My fic and friending policy is detailed on my profile page. Though most of my S/B stories aren't currently public access, I would recommend you visit jen_in_japan who writes the best S/B around and who is my favorite author. She also has a ton of work completed and writes quickly. ;) You can't go wrong with any of her stuff ( ... )

Thanks so much for your kind words about this story. I haven't posted anything new since the last time I posted (November) but plan to update it soon. Once I finish, I plan to open the story back up to the public.

I saw that this was rec'd on a DC list and I really wanted to read it. Is it friends locked because everytime I click on a chapter it says I can't read the page. Could you add me if so I can read this. Thanks!

I also recommend that you visit the World's Finest Slash Archive and the 2006 S/B Secret Santa Exchange journal, both of which feature outstanding S/B fanworks, including a couple of stories from me that are currently public access.
Thanks for your interest.

Thanks for your interest in this series, but it's f-locked because I'm working on it, and I don't friend people just so they can read my stories. I have other S/B stuff that is complete and unlocked, and I would recommend that if you have an interest in my writing, you might want to start there. I should be unlocking Hookerino when I finish it, which might not be in the too-distant future.
If you're new to the fandom, might I suggest you visit jen_in_japan's journal. She writes lots of fabulous S/B and it's all publicly accessible. Also, you might want to visit superbatsanta and http://worldsfinest.comicslash.com/archive/index.php which are both repositories of some great S/B fic.
Good luck!
