Thought I'd take a...second...away from the kiddies who think child-free me is the best thing since Barney....don't know why they think I'm so much fun. LOL I'm really...not. :)
Hope everyone is having/has had a Happy and a Merry. And that the holiday season brings you peace, love and happiness in abundance.
I very much wanted to do some fandom related...things...in honor of the holidays, but I'm woefully behind and will just be glad to finish my Secret Santa claims on time. I haven't been keeping up with journal much lately, and am likely not going to go back to old posts at this point. I've particularly skipped any new S/B fic lately (other than evangelene's wonderful PWP Holiday in the Sun that I just couldn't resist, LOL) because I'm just overloaded on S/B and still have to read all the Secret Santa entries...at least three times each. I'm just glad I left feedback for all the WFA stories as I read them--because...I would hate to have to do it retroactively.
Congratulations to all the WFA winners, btw, though I feel funny saying that because all the entries were of such high quality and deserved to win. In a contest where evangelene's wonderful First Time for Everything (my new absolutely favorite story for so many reasons) came in as a runner-up in two categories--well, you just know the competition was stiff and the results a toss-up.
Um...what else? I'm about to go into writing mode since, with all my other involvements, my progress on my own stories/series is woefully behind...and I think I have something due soon for the Justice League Virtual Season. So...my attention to other people's journals, stories and posts might be sporadic over the next couple of months. It's nothing personal. LOL. Just time to flip on the writing switch.
Plus, I got a new Xbox 360 and a copy of Oblivion for Xmas which guarantees that my fandom time will be limited...LOL...but we won't speak on that...
