weird technical bollocks from me for once
Over the past two weeks i've put together 70-80 of these:

30 or so of these:
http://www.terrafix.co.uk/products/mobile/rugg.htm (a job which is surprisingly messy :S)
and today i learned how to build the latest generation of products, a unit that basically combines the above items.
also set up about 20 really nice and quite expensive (£330-ish quid each, and thats with money off for a bulk buy)mobile phone things:

and installed Tom-Tom on them. this got kinda stressy cos there's a series of activation codes for each one and if you get any of them wrong even a little bit you completely invalidate the program; a mistake that costs the company a lot of money and can be almost impossible to correct. worth it tho cos these phones will be given to first-responders in order to alert them to, and send them information on, emergency calls.
I find the stuff i'm building really quite cool and interesting, but that doesnt make the process of building it any less boring :P
