oopsy dazey
Well last weekend was great I loved seeing the Boulder crew! The weather was shit but it didnt matter because I rode anyways, despite the pouring rain turned to hail and then freezing temperatures. I almost changed my flight coming back because I wasnt ready to.
So how bout Corey turned out to be an ass. I think hes more concerned about money and good looks stuff like that. BUt he was here Wednesday and things were fine and then I saw on his myspace a message from some chick saying I cant wait to see you friday and stuff. Well he and I talked for a sec on friday then played phone tag. Didnt hear from him come Sat or Sunday despite calling 2x. So on Sunday I finally sent a text saying WTF did I do something. He sends one back sometime later saying No I met someone Im dating now. I serioulsy busted a gut laughing.
Work this week was short Debbie and I went out to Safety Harbor Thursday after work for a conference on Selling and Securing Sponsorships. It was really helpful but traffic was horrible going and coming. It took us 2 1/2 hours... it was out past Tampa near Clearwater. Debbies awesome and all but she and Gordon drive me nuts. They talk so much on the phone and it makes me want to puke the way they talk. I yelled at her thursday because she kept saying to him i dont want to get hurt and stuff. She was making him feel guilty because he has to see his wife (soon to be ex) to get stuff and I know he doesnt want to be with her, he keeps telling Debbie but shes saying that to him anyways. Mind you both are married and already telling each other they love the other. Im happy for her because she found someone who gives her the attention she wants and deserves, but I swear they cant go a few hours without being on the phone. He just calls the office now because she ran out of minutes on her cell. Would this annoy anyone else or am I being stupid?
I went this morning to meet Marty of the Orlando Rowing Club. He gave me the lowdown (and 2 other ladies) but they are interested in Sweep boats (8 or 4 people with a coxain). Im interested in rowing however I can so I decided to do sculling lessons (1 or 2 people). It was great he took me out and we rowed around the lake. He said I dont need the normal 6 lessons so I think we are going to try and work some kinda deal out for lessons. Once I join as a member I can row whenever I want. I will probabley do mornings before work from 5:30-7 then take a cold shower there and head to work. or no Shower not sure yet. But even though I did it 6 years ago at camp Im so hooked now. It was different then because I was in an 8 with other people and it wasnt as relaxing because the coxain is yelling at you and stuffage.
Heading out to the Scottish festival soon. Im excited!
