And so, this weekend...
was far too short. Didn't get to see Cat until Saturday, so *grrr* to that. We did go see the Broadway version of Chicago that same Saturday, though, and I have to say it is far beyond the movie in terms of quality and humor. And I liked the movie.
Also went to see 300 today. Pretty good, very pretty to look at. A bit lacking in the characterization department, and I think they went a bit overboard in trying to show how MANLY the Spartans were, but still pretty good. Played a bit too fast n' loose with some history, too... but overall an enjoyable 2 hours.
Watched The Prestige later on. Not too bad, either. Still think The Illusionist was better, though.
