TGIF
I was home with Jefferson yesterday. He was sick with another throat infection. He's back at daycare today, but I'm just waiting for the inevitable phone call... He was funny at the clinic yesterday, he was perfectly happy until they had me put him on the scale, then he threw a fit and cried. See, he DOES take after me; that's exactly what I do!
Tonight we have a soup supper at the parish hall before we go to Stations of the Cross. Our church does that every Friday during Lent, it's interesting and I get alot out of it. My Mother-in-law signed the entire family up to provide food for tonight. I have potato soup in the crock pot and I was able to do some baking yesterday. I made a triple batch of Parmesan and Rosemary Cornbread Muffins and I made two loaves of Lemon Poppyseed Blueberry Bread. It's a good thing I made two loaves, I should have one left to take to the Parish Hall (it's way yummy).
