Next opportunity is tomorrow night with a preferred launch time of 8:13:17 p.m. CST. Weather is forecast to be worse, so this one is iffy canceled.
Saturday's preferred launch time is 7:47:34 p.m. CST. The forecast is a little better for Saturday.
If they make an attempt including fueling tomorrow, then I believe Saturday is unlikely. It's usually a two attempt then recycle sort of sequence.
Update: The two attempt then stand down cycle is to let them replinish the orbiter's liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen supplies. These are the internal supplies used to run the fuel cells and to provide oxygen to the crew.
