Finally set up at the Hotel for FenCon
I really need to get back into the habit of tripling my time estimates. Plan A called for arrving at the hotel around 3 Thursday afternoon.
Then reality intervened. Actual arrival in the parking lot: 11:30.
My room is in the wing of the hotel where all the programming is this time. Hopefully this will be the party area as well. Very convenient for access to the programms. It'll be nice as far as getting my photo gear into place and stowing it after too.
I need to put a couple of cables for my strobes together still. Better get to work on that. Morning sound setup with the Tyras will be starting early...
