turkey breast, diced
- coat in flour/seasoning mix (chicken seasoning and italian herb seasoning)
- fry lightly in extra virgin olive oil
Serve over basmati rice (cooked with a stock cube)
Pour over sauce (heated until gently boiling, stirring constantly)
- cold, dry bacon
- oat milk
- dijon mustard
- chopped spinach
- crushed black pepper
- herb salt
