Yay! I <3 Brendan :) I FINALLY saw him live last year. Awesome. My boyfriend actually discovered him a while before that ad. It was really weird for us when that came on because we kinda thought no one knew about him. hehe

Have you heard The White Stripes? Jack White from that band made a band with Brendan Benson called The Raconteurs. They are pretty good too. Not nearly as good as Brendan solo though :)

The idea behind it is to put together your ultimate cast for a particular movie. Today was the first post, and I completely reduced to puddle of squee, but it was fun.

He actually doesn't read much JL, but he thought a lot of your choices were really good. I was a big fan of your suggestion for Luke Wilson. I just watched Bottle Rocket the other night for what had to have been the 20th time. Love.
