Erik walked into the bedroom, where Rogue was playing with her new kitten. She was smiling, dangling a little feather on the end of a stick, watching the little kitten dive after it enthusiastically.
He walked in, closing the door behind him. "You look almost as cute as that kitten. And if you tell anyone I said that, I will affix metal to your mouth for a week." He sat next to her on the bed, and the kitten mewed and crawled over to vigorously attack his leg. Erik patted it absentmindedly. "I would like to talk to you, if you have a moment." He raked a hand through his hair. "It's about Pyro."
