journey's end
it bothers me, this finale.
on the one hand, i agree a lot with, for example,
parrotfish's "whimper" feelings about it and
astrogirl2's discontented thoughts about it overall.
then again, i have a niggling feeling that the finale turns the season and perhaps the series overall into the most thematically coherent season and the most coherent version of the series we've had so far--as expressed well by one of the guys over at behind the sofa.
so ambivalent. . .but i'm not ready to make much of it yet. . .
