As far as my journal layout, I really can't help you because I don't know how to do it, haha! My friend, mildlyretarded, actually designed it for me. So if you want pointers it would be better to ask her :)

you may not want to do GST if your're going to be a recording arts major. recording arts is set up over a four year plan and there are a lot of prerequisites. you have to apply for the major to get in. doing GST will probably set you back a year in the long run. you can still do honors in general education though.

hmm, really? I was told that GST would work with all majors. Right now I'm declared as a music industry major, but I want to double major in recording arts. So I don't know how many years that come out to. hmm, thanks for letting me know I'll look into finding more info.
