I'm reading a book called En el nombre de Salome by Julia Alvarez and I'm loving it. I've only read the first chapter, but I have a feeling that this book is going to be one of my favorites. Here are some of my favorite lines so far:
Acuerdate, no las desperdicies. Las lagrimas son la tinta del poeta.
Translation: Remember not to waste them. Tears are a poet's ink.
