Monday I did something to my back when I was in the gym.  I believe it was right after I finished dead lifts.  I walked with the weight a few feet forward and then set the bar down on a support.   I think I leaned to one side when I set it down.  Now my lower back hurts on one side.  Picking Liam up and carrying him in the car seat has been rough.  So pick up and drop off at daycare has been painful.  But sitting in my char at work hasn't been an issue.  But going home and picking up things and picking up the baby when he wants to be help makes me dread going home.  The house is a wreck.

My back has been getting a little better each day.  I hate that I miss going to the gym today.  I look forward to the slight sore feeling and the high afterward.  Plus it has definitely made a difference with my energy level.  I'm hoping I'll be well enough to go on Friday.

There are a lot of youtube videos I've viewed to help with my form.  I try to watch everyday right before I go to reemphasize the right thing to do.  But I made the stupid mistake of walking with the weight and bars.  Lesson learned I guess.

The high winds yesterday blew in a sore throat and a worn down feeling.  Taking allergy medicine doesn't seem to help much.  I want to blame it on a cold but it definitely feels like allergies from the high winds.

March is a busy month.  This weekend is a getaway for Jadona and I(JJ).  Plus next weekend I need to work on the RV for the following week for Jasmine's class camping trip in Morro Bay.  I'm starting to stress a bit because I set a goal to finish another track and I haven't had much time to work on it.  I usually sneak 30 minutes a day at work, but that isn't really enough time to get into things.  Maybe I can sneak in some time during a few evenings.
