canuckchickadee will be travelling to South Africa on June 9th to work in an HIV/AIDS clinic in East London, an industrial city in Eastern Cape, South Africa. She and three other medical students have been raising funds and awareness for the Ikhwezi Lokusa Wellness Centre. This money goes towards their program and helps to support HIV/AIDS patients by providing medical supplies and treatment, education and skills training and community outreach.
