Once again, events got away from me.

Coming down off a very busy month. Recovering a bit emotionally, although work is still dragging me down.

Wait until Monday when I go back into work and see about taking some vacation time.

Well, the overbooking is taken care of (he can't make it out until June.)

As for that weekend ... I seriously doubt I'd be able to make it out in time for Thursday night dancing (would require me taking three days PTO, which I don't think I can afford at this point.)

It depends a bit on how deliriumdreams's work situation resolves itself, but I'm currently thinking that I'll try to red-eye from SAN to the DC area leaving Friday night and getting there Saturday morning. Then we can visit / party Saturday evening, do the concert Sunday, then J and I will fly back on Monday.

I won't be able to take much time off, sadly. And every weekend out on the east coast seems to eat up another day or two of PTO.

(We'll hopefully be in Chicago in late June, too, for a wedding...)

You already spoil me rotten and I don't need lots of random gifts. That being said, I LOVE Happy Kitty. It's very shiny. It makes me a happy kitty. hehe. Add it to those headphones and I am in utter and complete musical bliss. (Although I suspect our mutual friend was trying to be subtle about something completely different when he mentioned diamonds.)

Depending on work schedule this summer, I'm really hoping to get all three kids swimming lesson. K already loves the ocean, but i think she will appreciate/enjoy it more if she's competant in the water. Plus you and I will both worry less.

Amazing doesn't even describe sea world. I got annual passes for K and I, so next time I'm out on a weekday I would love to cajole you into coming. Did I mention we got to feed the dophins? And pet them? I loves the dophins, they make me weepy.

There is now an issue with the car stereo. Did I mention my bad music foo in relation to vehicles yet? I'll want to get your input on it at some point.
