Part01 of review:

The Doctor made it safely to the main teleport area, using the sonic to trace Donna's DNA and temporal signature. Once he picked up the trace he hurried to locate her. What had his future self meant? And why did he refuse to indicate which him he was? Was he the final incarnation?

I was initially thinking that the reason that other version version of the Doctor didn’t say the number might have been both because the number of the regeneration and also since Gallifrey (and Ohila) are still around that Donna might survive the metacrisis so the Doctor won’t go all Time Lord Victorious with a broken marriage bond from the mindwipe…so if Donna’s okay then the original version of Twelve (MS) might not actually be formed…if this new timeline’s version of Twelve isn’t based on MS and isn’t PC either then I hope that it’s someone around the age of what Donna physically looks like…though if she has regenerated by the time that Eleven is regenerating then there’s possibly more wiggle room in the age range…

Also, there’s the whole matter of how Eleven used Handy to stop regenerating but technically it was still a regeneration being used…except it was used to form the metacrisis and the DoctorDonna but how would future Doctors from that point onward even quantify what regeneration they’re actually on?

Donna's tears had stopped, but the drawn distress remained. “I made up the perfect man. Gorgeous, adores me, and hardly able to speak a word. What's that say about me?”

“Nothing, Donna.”

She looked at him, startled by the force in his tone.

“It means nothing. CAL's systems had to make you all forget or the pressure might have taxed her abilities. The near destruction would have happened sooner. The programs made assumptions about what you would like. But even though they could make you forget memories they could not make you forget the impressions life with me made on your psyche.”

Well…Eight sometimes has trouble speaking so I’m going with Eight being 3 out of 3 in Donna’s definition of the perfect male for her!
Though good on Eight for making Donna feel better by just explaining it to her with the truth…

About an hour later they were in the sitting area the TARDIS had created for Donna, attached to what passed for the kitchen. She had made the tea and rustled up some biscuits for them both from the Doctor's collection. The good chocolate ones, that he admitted to limiting to bad days.

I wonder how many companions the TARDIS has actually made an additional commonly shared room up for? I bet she did it because it was for her beloved Heartfire
