I was meditating, using a program aimed for writers to release creativity and break through barriers. Tonight's meditation had the listener imagining breathing in acceptance and breathing out negativity and judgment.
You know what I imagined on the exhale? A dark cloud like the Doctor going through detox.
Hey, it made me smile. And even feel like I was letting go of more things. :)
