Ok, so yesterday we finished the third and last major military training event for the academic year, "The Pinnacle". I'm pretty sure all it accomplished was making us hate life and make us really tired. Then, after it was all over (at 6:30 PM on Saturday), we still couldn't leave until we went down to get a mumps shot. Even if we had already gotten it, we had to go down so that they could tell us that we didn't need a shot. IHTFP. Oh well, at least I'll be halfway done in a month.
In other news, I still haven't been told where they're sending me this summer. First they said that everyone would know their bases by the 22nd. Then, when only about a third of the wing found out, they told us the end of last week. Well, some more people found out then, but I'm still in the last third of the wing that doesn't know. Hopefully we'll all hear by the end of the coming week, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
