Hello there people! I just joined like..5 minutes ago and decided to make a "I'm new" posty thing. ^_^
Hi there. I just finished reading TKAM for the second time in my literature class. I read it last year and remembered really liking it but I'd since forgotten about it and let it slowly collect dust on my bookshelf. When I needed it for class I just pulled it down and rediscovered the sheer....PERFECTION of this book!
I love it so much. Enough for me to run up to my lit teacher and yell "This book is AWESOME!!" in her face right before going to my next class. She may think I'm weird.
Also, Atticus Finch is my favorite character from ANY book. His names' really cool too. *Says to self* Atticus. As a joke, I told my friend that I'm in love with Atticus. He believed me and blurted it out to the whole class "Sally loves Atticus!" I bet my teach thinks I'm really weird now.
Whatever! This isn't a post to my journal so lets get back to the subject. I love this book more than any other and I'm happy there's a (fairly new??) community for it!
