It's tough to see the new bonus plan being torn to shreds. I surely was a non-promoter as well, despite the fact at how it impacted me.
I really didn't feel like I worked all that hard this past year. Perhaps, like they all said, it was enough not to screw up.
I'll be sad to leave, but hearing the murmurs of the result of the salary discussions, there are many grumblings of people wanting to leave. Good people. People that the firm needs.
Perhaps, it's reassuring to know that for the next two years while I am gone, they'll be really tough decisions to make. And really, truly, those who have the stamina to stay will benefit somehow, I hope.
