Yo

Life is pretty good these days. I've been doing a fair amount of things, but still having plenty of time to exercise my laziness. I've been playing ultimate (almost daily), lifting weights, and all sorts of miscellaneous shit. I suppose a few highlights would be rock climbing, biking (though fun, was mixed with tragedy), and just generally hanging out with friends. I have also started to play WoW again, but so far real life has come first and I think I've struck a good balance. To top all this off my parents have been in europe the past few weeks, so I've actually had some peace and quiet at home with no yard work. Dishes, feeding myself, and laundry are way better than mowing the lawn and trimming hedges. I suppose I also dislike taking care of the animals, but its a small price to pay.

Oh yea, I also got a Wii which has been bringing me joy in unexpected ways. Wii Weather, for one, was a real surprise and has become a staple of my Wii experiance. Golf, which I never really cared for, has been reimagined and invigorated for me as part of the Wii Sports package. I have also been using the virtual console way more than I thought I would, and Gradius III and Gunstar Heroes have stolen my heart. I still haven't started on Zelda: TP, which will probably devour heaps of time once I actually begin.

But yep, these days life mostly revolves around ultimate and sleep. Maybe not the most efficient lifestyle, but enjoyable. The shearing of my skin while biking made ultimate not quite as fun as it could have been for awhile, but I'm finally healing, and I'll be out for revenge. Which reminds me- Iain, LAA. It will be the key to maroons victory tonight. As for my day so far, I woke up at 7am, and within 3 hours I had made myself pancakes, fixed the gutters outside the kitchen sliding door, showered, and did the dishes. I also plan to go get my new contacts and take in my lawn mower for repairs. Possibly pick up mulch as well. Then I shall DMSL it up followed by tacos of the tasty variety. Looks like this has been and will continue to be a pretty good day. Huzzah
