This should be interesting. I'm trying to set small, reasonable goals for myself. Ideally, I will meet all of them, and be able to see how much I actually can change, not just how much I want to change.
Smoking:
- No smoking before work or school, whichever comes first
- No littering cigarette butts unless I'm in a moving vehicle
School:
- By the end of this weekend:
- Study somewhat for one exam
- Finish one homework
- Finish adding sidewalks to database
- Get a reasonable amount of functionality working on compiler
Exploring life:
- Ask one person about how they like the life he's made for himself, possibly the type of life I'd like to have, or maybe just something interesting
Reading:
- Read a book for a little while at least once per day
Domestic:
- Perform one small task per day (wash dishes, take out garbage, clean up a bit, etc.)
Relaxation:
- Do breathing exercises every day
