Liz tilted her head as her eyes studied David’s after his last remark. Her gaze traveled down to his lips and she absently chewed on her own as her curiosity began to take over. She’d often imagined what a good kisser he might be. “And just how would you know that?”
He shrugged, “Maybe I was hoping for an invitation. You said we need to make this look convincing.”
He was hiding behind the case, but just maybe he was curious too. She met his gaze before wrapping her hand around his neck and kissing him thoroughly, leaving both breathless.
